In 2018, I embarked on teaching in the MSMS program at Ponce Health Sciences University (PHSU) with a singular belief – this was the program I had yearned for during my pursuit of a medical career. My journey underscored the need for exposure and the assurance that I could navigate a challenging curriculum, collaborate effectively in groups, and refine both strengths and weaknesses. The resonance of the institution’s mission with my clinical practices further fueled my desire to contribute to shaping the future generation of healthcare providers, educators, and administrators.
Suppose you harbor aspirations of becoming a physician or pursuing a healthcare career. In that case, I extend a heartfelt invitation to join our St. Louis Master of Science in Medical Sciences (MSMS) program at PHSU. This robust health sciences program mirrors the first year of LCME-accredited medical school, aligning content and rigor to equip graduates with the study habits, confidence, and academic profile essential for success in medical school or other health professional programs.
Annually, over 30,000 students encounter rejection from medical schools across the United States, often due to a lack of necessary support to realize their aspirations. Our distinctive program integrates student analytics and a dynamic classroom model, providing students with real-time monitoring of progress and performance. We go beyond by offering insights into readiness for the USMLE Board exams and assisting students in aligning their career paths with their strengths.
Embark on this transformative journey with me at PHSU St. Louis, and within a concise year, we can set you on the trajectory toward achieving your dream career in healthcare.
