The graduate programs at PHSU St. Louis are rooted in educating culturally-competent healthcare professionals to become physicians, doctors, and clinical psychology professionals.

The MSMS and PsyD programs are designed to equip our students with the knowledge to take their next step — whether that’s an MD program or entering the workforce with a science-based education.

Master of Science in Medical Sciences

The master’s in medical sciences pre-med program is creating alternate pathways to medical school and careers in healthcare.

With a rigorous data-driven curriculum that aligns with the first year of LCME accredited medical school, MSMS students are better qualified to advance to medical schools and professional health schools.

The program is offered in 3 modalities; MSMS Traditional, MSMS Remote and MSMS Online.

Doctorate in Clinical Psychology

With the five-year PsyD program, we’re educating culturally-competent and socially-capable clinical psychologists who are equipped to serve in diverse settings with the first PsyD in St. Louis.

With a foundation in biology, social sciences, and human psychology and an emphasis on clinical skills, PsyD students are on track to start their psychology career when they start their 2,000-hour clinical internship in their fifth year.

Doctorate of Medicine

PHSU’s MD program is an LCME accredited, culturally-focused 4-year program providing students with an ethnically-diverse, innovative and tech-driven education in a variety of medical practices.

Graduates of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) will be ready for clinical practice and be committed to ethical principles and diverse patient populations.
